David has been admitted pro hac vice in the following federal court jurisdictions: Eastern District of California, Middle District of Florida, Southern District of Ohio, Eastern District of Tennessee, and the Southern District of Texas.

David received his law degree from the DePaul University College of Law in 1997 where he wrote for the DePaul Arts & Entertainment Law Journal. He received a Bachelor of the Arts in English and a Bachelor of the Arts in History from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He lectures to industry trade groups on Intellectual Property and Information Technology legal issues.
